SBaaS Software Plattform

The SBaaS Solution is many connected local clouds based on the SBaaS Server and its connection topology.

All SBaaS Servers consist of Xelectronix highly optimized embedded Linux Firmware and a hardware platform, which are developed by xelectronix or use Intel NUC platform. The SBaaS Server are featured on:
• Low maintenance
• Fixed applications (for low maintenance and higher security)
• Easy setup by using of graphic interface and user commands
• Easy data manage by backup, redundant and encryption
• Able to setup highest data security by using TPM (not for all Intel NUC)

The Firmware used in SBaaS Server is consistent, because the firmware is built by using same software package configuration. That means, the data can be easily moved from one hardware platform to another and the data can also be low level shared for each other. With this advantage is a SBaaS network able to handle a growing amount of work just by adding/replacing new Servers to the network after new requirement. It is possible to add new software packages to a Server and no problem to use the stored data. The SBaaS Solution is scalable and expandable.

Security of the SBaaS Server

Less application in a server means less security breach.  A user can access a SBaaS Server only by using a defined network application-port.  A stranger is not able to run any program in the Server. So the risk of be attacked by third is very low.

The data in SBaaS Server may be encrypted by a TPM hardware. To read out the data from the Server without authority is almost not possible. This is useful, if you want to locate a Server remotely and have your data be secreted.

Monitoring of the activities in SBaaS Server

Server monitoring is the process of analyzing a server for connectivities, operations, performance, security and operations-related processes. Using a standard web browser is able to monitoring the health of a SBaaS Server. You are able to ensure that the server is performing as expected; e.g. the network interface static can be used to check the data access activities, which mya be a feature to ensure the data is be used as required in sense of security.

Server setup and user commands extention

Beside of Data sharing, VPN, DDNS etc. can be setup with standard GUI Interface, in SbaaS Server is it possible to configure user commands for setup the system in sense of special purposes, e.g. set up ownership and password for TPM.
